Our Founder, Kiswana Browne, an early-stage investor based in Los Angeles, was inspired by her journey through the tech landscape to create this platform. She began her career by leading the development of multi-million-dollar software for top financial and energy corporations, managing cross-functional teams of over 100 professionals across three continents to deliver impactful solutions.

Inspired by this experience, Kiswana transitioned from leading teams to empowering the next generation. She recognized the critical gap in the STEM workforce pipeline and became a founder, building a platform to bridge the education-to-employment transition in technical industries. 

Kiswana also played a pivotal role in connecting major financial institutions such as US Bank, Franklin Templeton and John Deere Financial, with the most promising startups on a global scale.

Now, as an investor, Kiswana leverages her extensive experience from both the startup and corporate worlds to back bold ideas.
